Adjustable constant temperature steam trap
I. Introduction:
The STC adjustable thermostatic steam trap is a new product belonging to the thermostatic type. The temperature-sensing element inside the valve is filled with a temperature-sensing mixture composed of a temperature-sensing agent, a saturant, a stabilizer, and a filler. By utilizing the thermal expansion and contraction and state changes of this mixture in response to temperature, the valve automatically closes or opens, thereby achieving the purpose of blocking steam and draining water. The STC adjustable thermostatic steam trap has a temperature-sensing element inside the valve filled with a temperature-sensing mixture composed of a temperature-sensing agent, a saturant, a stabilizer, and a filler. II. Structural Features:
1. This valve adopts the principle of thermal expansion and contraction of the temperature-sensing element to control its opening and closing.
2. It has sensitive operation, constant drainage temperature, is not affected by pressure, and has good energy-saving effect.
3. It can drain water continuously, operates without noise, features a small and lightweight design, is easy to install, and can be installed at any angle.
4. It can automatically exhaust air, has no air locking phenomenon, and can also adjust the drainage temperature.
